1. Eligible schools/organizations (501C3 organizations) including, colleges or universities,  may participate in more4schools.com including: PTA/PTOs, school clubs, mothers’ or fathers’ Clubs, band clubs, athletic clubs, to include  public and private schools and accredited home school associations (K-12), licensed child care centers, religious educational centers and Head Start centers having any of the grades K through 12 and preschools located in the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and any school located on any U.S. military installation (regardless of location).

2. All coupons provided by more4schools.com are provided at the discretion of our brand sponsors and subject to their consumer promotions and marketing criteria. 

3. By submitting coupons for redemption at the point of purchase, the supporter agrees to adhere to any criteria designated on the specific coupons used and will provide proof of identification if requested.

4. The schools/organizations accept and agree to be bound by these rules and consent to the use of their names and/or photographs for advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Proof of eligibility and compliance with these rules may be required, subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

5. Supporters appreciate that there is inherent value in these free coupons provided and agree to allow participating brand sponsors to use any contact information provided in any way they chose so long as it doesn’t violate federal or state law. No spamming will be allowed. Brands may use the data provided at their own discretion to provide additional consumer promotions or for marketing purposes.

6. Revenue from the coupon redemption is generated by fees charged to brand sponsors. Revenue to participating schools is only shared once the coupons have been redeemed and cleared and the brand sponsor has paid BCN, the provider of more4schools .com

7. The only limitations as to how much money can be generated is directly controlled by the number of brand sponsors participating and the number of coupons they choose to provide for redemption.  Any/all restrictions to numbers of redemptions is placed by the brand sponsors.

8. Only coupons provided by BCN and its network are accepted. Coupons provided by any other online vendor are specifically not allowable and are not acceptable for consideration under more4schools.com

9. Each participating school or organization must enroll and provide a bonafide coordinator.  They are responsible for their own promotions and any cost associated with those promotions. Revenue shared will only be provided to bonafide organizations or their respective banks via monthly checks once their account exceeds $20.

10. Verification or certification of nonprofit status may be requested of the school/organization and its coordinator at the discretion of BCN. 

11. There is no other remuneration other than that addressed above. Any issues with products or purchases are not considered by more4schools .com and should be addressed to the respective brand.

12. Participating schools or organizations may use the more4schools .com logo or website to help promote their program so long as it does not violate federal or state regulations. Schools and organizations can promote more4schools.com in any way they chose so long as it does not violate moral or ethical statutes.

13. Schools/organizations are responsible for any/all expenses ancillary to and associated with their promotion. BCN has no responsibility with any costs or expenses associated with the participating school/organization’s promotion and BCN is hereby held harmless from any/all liability that might result from such.

14. Remuneration to schools should occur approximately 8 weeks from the date that the coupons are redeemed at the point of purchase (retail store). 

15. No duplicates or copies are allowed. Each coupon has an indigenous Household ID. No alteration or duplication is allowed and may violate federal and state statutes.

16. BCN reserves the right to preclude/exclude particular schools/organizations that do not comply or meet the established criteria governed by BCN.

17. Allowing multiple organizations in the same school to participate/compete in more4schools.com is at the sole discretion of BCN.
